ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (DEADLINE 15 OCTOBER 2026)
Those wishing to submit their work to the conference are invited to submit an abstract, which will then be evaluated by the scientific committee.
Please submit online, providing all the required information and attaching the work using the template available on the website (Word file).
Submission Method: Online only via the portal, not by email.
Template: Follow the provided template, usually divided into: Introduction/Purpose, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusions.
Length: Respect the limits, 2,500 characters (including spaces) or approximately 300 words.
Content: Title in capital letters, anonymization in the text (sometimes required), clear indication of the clinical case or research.
Acceptance and Registration: Once accepted, the abstract will be included in the program (oral or poster) only if the presenting author registers for the conference.
Posters will be on display on special monitors in the exhibition area for all duration of the Congress.
Deadline: Respecting the deadline is essential, as there are no extensions.
Only 12 abstracts will be selected for oral presentation during the Breaking News session
on 12 and 13 December at 8 am. Oral communications should last 8 min (followed by 2 min of Q & A)
